About me
I am the Founder and Managing Partner of Guddi Growth, an investment firm acquiring B2B SaaS and tech-enabled services businesses in the USA and Canada. Previously, I was Director of Product and Customer Success at Untether AI, a Toronto-based startup specializing in AI accelerator hardware. My accolades include recognition as one of The Peak's Emerging Leaders in Canada for 2023 and receiving the "Rising Star - Under 30" award at the TU Automotive Awards in 2020.
I am a member of Forbes Business Council, and frequently share my thoughts there.
I received my MBA from Harvard Business School in 2022. At HBS, I was one of the co-Presidents of the Tech Club (700+ members) at campus, responsible for corporate and alumni relations as well as flagship treks and conferences such as NYTrek, WesTrek and the Tech Conference. Prior to my MBA, I spent about 4.5 years in the autonomous vehicles (AV) industry (all at Ford). I started as a Machine Learning Researcher for camera/LIDAR projects where the focus was on writing algorithms and generating IP. Thereafter, I did a series of rotations in business strategy, strategic planning and design thinking – all at autonomous vehicles. While at Ford, I was invited as a speaker at international AI and AV summits
I spent 2021 summer at Bain & Co at their Toronto office. As a part of the Private Equity Group (PEG) ringfence at Bain, I did due diligence for the primary team on 3 PE deals. I declined the full time offer, and chose to move back to Tech.
I am looking to work closely with Series A/B startup founders in Canada. I bring in an inquisitive mindset, a solid understanding of the inner workings of technology (especially machine and deep learning), and an experience in business strategy. I am a generalist who can take on complex interdisciplinary assignments and lead teams to complete those.

I currently live in Toronto, Canada. Previously, I lived in Windsor, Canada and worked in Detroit, MI, USA. For 1.5+ years, I got to spend time in both the US and Canada almost everyday. I served on Board of Director at WETech Alliance, a Windsor based startup accelerator.
